Start your video from a template
No more staring at a blank prompt.
You can now pick a template when you start a new project. Each one comes with its own design, product setup, and narration style already built in, so your video follows a clear structure from the first draft instead of you having to describe the format in words.
A few things worth knowing:
  • Templates are tagged by use case, so you can browse for what you are trying to make instead of guessing where to start.
  • Prompt Velo to make your video more on-brand, change the script, swap visuals, or fine-tune the final result.
  • Prefer a blank canvas? Skip the picker and everything works exactly as before.
Fixed: incorrect voice on paste-a-link videos
If you created a video by pasting a link, you may have run into this: the video played back with a voice that did not match your project's language. That is fixed now.
You will see a voice picker on your first run, filtered to your project's language, so you choose instead of getting a default. We have also added a check that catches a missing voice before any credits are used, so you are never charged for narration that does not come through
Until today, Velo was built for you. Starting now, it's built for your whole team.
You can create a shared workspace, bring your teammates in, and work from the same credits, brand, voices, and libraries — without your personal projects getting in the way. Here's everything that's new.
  • Workspaces - Everything your team creates lives in one shared space. Switch between workspaces from the sidebar anytime.
  • Roles - Invite teammates by email and assign them as Owner, Admin, or Member. Everyone gets exactly the right level of access.
  • Shared credit pool - One balance for the whole team, visible to everyone. Owners get a heads-up before it runs low.
  • Brand kit - Set your logo, colour, and website once. Every video your team makes stays on-brand, automatically.
  • Libraries - Organize team videos into collections. Share them with a link, control access, and toggle between private and public.
  • Shared voices & faces - Your best voice clones and avatars, available to the whole team for consistent output.
  • Team-only comments - Leave internal feedback that only your workspace can see. Keep reviews clean.
Available today. Head to your workspace settings to get started!
You can now open an analytics view on any video to see how it's being watched. It shows how many people viewed the video, how far through they got, and the reactions they left. There's a summary at the top with the headline numbers, and below it a row for each viewer so you can see individual activity rather than just the totals. If you want to work with the numbers elsewhere — a report or a spreadsheet — you can export everything to CSV.

You can now tweak your script straight from the preview pane and generate the voiceover on the spot.
Make a change, hit generate, and hear it read back in seconds.
A few things that make this smoother:
  • When you ask for a rewrite, you can now tell it exactly what you want, like: shorten this part, make it punchier, change the tone - instead of accepting whatever comes back and editing by hand.
  • The character limit that used to cap how much you could change is gone, so you're free to rework a line or rewrite the whole thing without bumping into a wall.
  • And if your script is based on a PDF or an uploaded file, you can now re-generate a script and voiceover from it just like any other flow - no need to retype or paste it in somewhere else first.
You can now clear out conversations and projects you don't need anymore. Just hit delete, confirm, and they're gone from your workspace — no clutter, no leftovers.
And if you've shared a link to something you later delete, anyone who opens it lands on a friendly "this video is no longer available" note instead of a dead end.
